I tried complaining at the store I bought it and they eventually swapped it for me (great service). This has been verified by my wife and several friends whom I let try the fragrance as well, with the exact same result. 10 minutes later, it's a very close skin scent, 1 hour later it's gone. Light Blue Intense is probably the worst performing fragrance I've had. I've tried hundreds of fragrances the last 25 years. From cheapies to expensive niché fragrances.
